The sample report follows a recurring strata sewer blockage in Dee Why. Earlier repairs had addressed individual sections without resolving why the blockage kept returning. Investigation identified multiple defects, including root intrusion and compromised connections between PVC and earthenware pipe. The final scope addressed the defective sections and confirmed the result by camera.
