Palm Beach is at the top of the peninsula and the homes here reflect that. Some of the most well-maintained properties on the Northern Beaches, many of them holiday homes that need to be ready when the owners arrive and sorted quietly when they're not there.

The expectation in Palm Beach is that trades come prepared, work to a high standard, and don't need to be followed up. That's not a premium service level. That should be the baseline. The homes themselves are often older, particularly the original Palm Beach cottages and the mid-century builds along the waterfront.
