Most of the work I do in Whale Beach falls into two categories: careful repairs in older character homes, and full plumbing installations in new high-end builds. In the older homes, that means working around existing fixtures and finishes without unnecessary damage, and being straight about what a repair will and won't fix. In new builds and major rebuilds, it means getting bathroom and kitchen plumbing right from the plans stage, including multiple bathrooms and complex drainage on steep sites, so nothing needs revisiting once the finishes are in. I also handle hot water repairs and replacements, leak detection, and general plumbing across the board.
Whale Beach homes need a plumber who knows them
A clifftop or beachfront block changes how plumbing has to be done. Stormwater and drainage lines often run further and steeper than on a flat block, and getting the falls right matters more when there's less room for error. Whale Beach also has a real mix of older homes that have been added to over the years and brand new rebuilds with nothing in common with what was there before. I work across both, and I don't apply a standard build's assumptions to a site that isn't standard.
